So here’s my blog. I always promised myself I would never have a blog, but after enough questions about my cooking, I decided it’s about time.
The Name:
Two Faced Chef. Why two faced? Well this is a two faced blog. I think every chef should have two sides, when you’re cooking for yourself and when you’re cooking for others. When I cook for myself, the meals are healthy, well rounded and under 400 calories. When I cook for others? Well, that’s a different story.
The Characters:
Little Mommies: Little Mommies is my loving, caring and absolutely adorable mother. She’s actually the one who got me into cooking, and she’s beyond a wiz in the kitchen. I have to say most things that I know how to do, I’ve learned from her. Below is our most recent creation together, be amazed (Yes, that is a free standing cake.):

Daddy: I’ll admit it, I’m a daddy’s girl. My father’s experiments with meat and the grill are something I am not ready to try to conquer yet. However, I am quite envious. He’s not as adorable as my mother, but if big and muscly fathers could be adorable, then he would be in second. My parents are not only good people, but an inspiration to me in and out of the kitchen.

**They are so in love, it hurts. I love it.**
The Girlfriend: The girlfriend was my roommate, one of my best friends and probably one of the best people in the world. She’s a full veggie, and I credit her with most of my adventures with anything that didn’t start with a beating heart. I’ve forced her to try one too many cookies and I am still not sure where she fits them in her skinny, mini frame.

**However, we’re cuter**
The Food:
I love cooking. I love cooking for others, and myself. When I’m cooking low-cal, the recipes will usually feed one or two, but my gut building recipes usually feed at least 10. If I had the choice, I would bake every day for the rest of my life, and live on cookies. Luckily, my vanity prevents me from doing so and leads me to become a two faced chef. I go for quantity more often than quality, trying to fit as much volume into my 1200-1500 calorie/day diet as possible.
So for all of you who wonder how I eat so much? Well, I’ve fooled you. Here’s my blog–sarcasm and all the trimmings are zero calories a serving. This is gonna be entertaining….

love love LOVE it! with a few more entries, you’ll be competing with the best of ‘em. keep up the good work, girlfriend. i’m so proud!!!!!
I am brand new at this blogging thing and I chose to view your blog as an example. I enjoyed your creativity and I think your love for cooking/baking is cool! Great job on your blog site! Thanks for sharing. – Marva
Hey girl: Well finally getting on this. Figured I should start using some of your recipes in lieu of epicurious. Have you guys set a date for the rivah? I fully understand the twofacechef name. One day I may even come up with a blog and have my name already picked! See you in June – coming up on the 11th. Save a night out for dinner.
